Yes. The face and outfit from the photo you upload replace the character in the video, while the movement, camera and scene come from the trend video. The result is only as good as its likeness to you: a sharp, front-facing photo of just you works best.

No. Trend videos are generated without sound. You add the trend's sound yourself on the platform where you share it (TikTok, Reels, Shorts). That way you avoid copyright issues, and the platform links your video to that sound.

The trend videos on Rayomo aren't other people's viral clips: they're stock videos we license for commercial use, or videos we produce, matched to popular formats. You can use the output in line with our guidelines, and if you add the sound from the platform's own library, you stay within the platform's rules.

1. Choose a trend template from the Trends page or the Put yourself in a video section (or upload your own video that you hold the rights to).
2. Add a well-lit photo where your face is clearly visible.
3. Confirm "I am the person in this photo / I have permission".
4. Choose the tier and length, then tap Put me in.
5. A few minutes later, download your video and share it.

Usually 1–5 minutes, depending on the tier and how busy things are. You can leave the page. When your generation is done, it'll be in My generations, and for videos we'll also email you.

A 5-second trend video starts at 265 credits. The price goes up with the tier and length, and 10 seconds costs twice as much as 5 seconds. You see the exact price before you generate, and if a generation fails because of a technical error, your credits are refunded automatically.

Yes. Choose the "Trend suggestion" topic in the Contact form and describe the trend. You can also add a link to an example video in your message. If it's a good fit, we'll shoot our own take and add it. We don't import videos automatically from links; our team reviews each suggestion.

Rayomo is an image and video generation platform powered by our AI models. Upload your photo and see yourself in trend videos, movie scenes and studio portraits, or move your product into new settings. Our most-loved feature is Video Replace: you take the lead role in a viral video format.

An email address (or a Google/Apple account) and a photo. There's nothing to install; you use it in your browser. There's no password either: you log in with a link sent to your email.

Yes. When you sign up, you get 20 trial credits in your account. These credits only work for image generations; for videos, you need a credit pack or a subscription.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rayomo.

Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German, French, Japanese, Korean, Indonesian and Arabic. You can change the language with the language picker at the top or bottom of the page, or in Account › Language and region. Emails also arrive in the language you choose.

The web version works fully on your phone. iOS and Android apps are on the way. When they're out, you'll use them with the same account and credits.

Every generation on Rayomo uses credits. 1 credit is worth $0.01, and you get extra credits with bigger packs. An image starts at 6 credits, a 5-second video at 221 credits, and a 5-second Video Replace at 265 credits. The price depends on the tier, length and resolution, and it's always shown before you generate. Credits aren't money, can't be transferred and can't be exchanged for cash.

There are one-time credit packs and monthly subscriptions. Current prices and credit amounts are on the Pricing page. Extra credits in bigger packs work just like regular credits, including for videos.

A pack is bought once, and its credits never expire. A subscription adds credits every month and gives you a better price per credit. Subscription credits are valid for that billing period and the next one; after that, any unused credits expire.

They roll over to the next period. For example, credits you get in March stay valid until the end of April. Rayomo always uses the credits that expire soonest first. Pack credits you buy never expire and are used last.

Trial credits only work for images and are shown separately in your balance. Purchased credits and the extra credits that come with packs work for everything. The two are kept separate.

Rayomo serves users all over the world, so our prices are set and charged in USD. Prices include VAT. If you pay with a Turkish lira card, your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may charge a foreign transaction fee.

On the web, credit and debit cards, charged once through our secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are entered directly on the licensed payment provider's secure page; we never see or store them.

No. If a generation can't be completed because of a technical error, its credits are refunded automatically, and if the actual cost is lower than the estimate, the difference is refunded too. If the output is caught by our automatic safety filter, the credits are deducted because the generation did happen. If you think it was blocked by mistake, contact us.

Because credits are added instantly, there's no statutory right of withdrawal. Still, you can request a refund for a pack bought on the web from Account › Payments within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used any of it. We don't refund partially used packs, subscriptions or trial credits. Details: Refund and Cancellation Policy.

For every web purchase, a receipt is sent to your email address. For invoice questions, email fatura@rayomo.com.

When a purchase is refunded (including a bank chargeback), the credits from that purchase are taken back. If those credits were already spent, your balance goes negative. You can't start new generations until the negative balance is cleared; your next purchase covers this balance first.

Images usually take a few seconds to 1 minute, and videos 1–5 minutes. It can take a little longer at busy times. You can leave the page; when your generation is done, it'll be in My generations.

The photo is everything: use one where your face is sharp, front-facing, well lit and you're on your own. The Quality and Premium tiers are better at likeness. "Generate again" gives you a different result with the same settings. Guide: How to choose the right photo.

The output was caught by our automatic safety filter (for example, for nudity). In that case, the result isn't shown or stored. Because the generation happened and incurred a cost, the credits aren't refunded. If you think the filter got it wrong, email destek@rayomo.com with the generation ID, and if we find a mistake, we'll refund your credits.

Yes, as long as you follow our guidelines and the law. But the output doesn't cancel the rights to the input: to use content you made from someone else's video or another person's photo commercially, you need the rights holder's permission. Details: Terms of Use.

9:16 (vertical). In the format picker, choosing YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok or Story sets the right ratio and resolution automatically.

4:5 (Post). The vertical post ratio that takes up the most space in the feed. If you prefer square, use 1:1.

No. 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 and 21:9 all cost the same. You adjust the crop by dragging the frame.

No. Some templates only give good results at certain ratios, and formats a template doesn't support don't appear in the picker. Use the ratio filter in the gallery to list templates that fit the format you want. Guide: Choosing a format for each platform.

Videos from templates are 5 or 10 seconds. If you upload your own video for Video Replace, it can be up to 30 seconds.

It replaces the person in a video with the person in the photo you upload. The movement, camera and scene stay the same; you become the star.

Yes: MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB and 30 seconds. The person to be replaced should be clearly visible. You must own the video you upload or have permission to use it.

Only if you hold the rights to the video or have permission from the rights holder. A video being public, widely shared, or used "just for fun" doesn't give you the right to upload it, and recognizable people in the video also need to consent. Instead, use Rayomo trend templates: they're original versions of popular formats that we create.

Only with that person's explicit permission. You can't use it for celebrities, politicians, influencers or anyone who hasn't given permission. Before generating, you're asked to confirm "This is me / I have permission", and that confirmation is recorded.

The person in the video may be too small, moving too fast, turned away or in the dark. Try a video where the person is large and clearly visible. Guide: Video Replace.

Files you upload are only used for your generation and are deleted automatically after 30 days; you can also delete them right away. Your results start out private, and no one sees them unless you share them. Your photos are not used to train models. Details: Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice.

No. We don't identify people, use facial recognition or store face templates. Your face is only processed to create the content you ask for.

By default, only you. If you make a generation Public, it may appear in the explore feed after moderation review. You can make it private again anytime.

Nudity and sexual content, violence, hate, inappropriate content involving children, misleading depictions of real people, and copyrighted characters. Automatic moderation runs on both input and output. Full list: Acceptable Use.

Report it to us with the form on the Copyright and Rights Infringement Notice page. We prioritize personal rights reports, and intimate content is taken down immediately.

Check your junk/spam folder, wait a minute and tap "Resend". The link is valid for 15 minutes and works once. If it still doesn't arrive, log in with Google or Apple, or contact us.

Account › Privacy and data › Request export. Your profile, list of generations, credit history and consent records are packaged into a single ZIP file, and we email you a download link when it's ready.

Account › Privacy and data › Delete account. Your account is permanently deleted after 14 days, and you can cancel the deletion during that time. Your generations, uploads and remaining credits are deleted. Guide: Deleting your account and downloading your data.

You can request a change by emailing destek@rayomo.com from your current address.

From Account › Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and you can use your credits until then. We don't give partial refunds for a period that has already started.

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC. For videos, MP4 or MOV, up to 200 MB and 30 seconds. Check your connection and try again.

The photo was flagged by automatic moderation (for example, for nudity). In that case, the generation doesn't start and no credits are deducted. Try a different photo.

Refresh the page; they usually arrive within a few seconds. If they don't, email destek@rayomo.com with your order number. Within 3 business days, we'll add your credits or refund your payment.

Videos can take up to 10 minutes at busy times. If it's been over 30 minutes, refresh the page; if it's still not done, contact us with the generation ID. Credits for generations that can't be completed are refunded automatically. Detailed guide: Troubleshooting.
