Downloading your generations

A single generation
- Go to My generations.
- Hover over the card (on mobile, tap ⋯) → Download.
- Images download as PNG/JPG and videos as MP4, at the resolution you generated them in.
Saving to your phone
- iPhone (app): Download → Save to Photos. The first time, you'll be asked to allow access to Photos.
- iPhone (Safari): Download → the file goes to Downloads → Share → Save Video.
- Android: Download → the file is saved to your Gallery / Downloads folder.
Bulk download
To get a list of all your generations with download links in one go, use Account › Privacy and data › Request export (see Deleting your account and downloading your data).
Tips
- Downloaded files contain metadata showing they were made with AI. Please don't remove it.
- Instagram and WhatsApp compress files on upload. For the best quality, upload directly from the app and turn on the "upload at highest quality" setting on Wi-Fi.
Common mistakes
| Problem | Fix |

| Download doesn't start | Check your browser's pop-up/download blocker |
| Video won't play on your phone | Make sure the file downloaded completely; try VLC or your phone's built-in player |
| Can't download a blocked generation | Outputs that break our guidelines aren't stored and can't be downloaded |
