Explicit Consent Text

At — (the "Company"), we process your personal data largely on grounds that do not require explicit consent, such as performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest (see the KVKK Privacy Notice). The processing activities below, however, are carried out only with your explicit consent.

• Each consent is separate; you can give one and not another.
• Not giving consent does not prevent you from using Rayomo, apart from the specific feature described below.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time under Account → Settings → Privacy and permissions or by writing to info@rayomo.com. Withdrawal takes effect going forward.
• The date, text version and IP address of your consents are recorded for evidentiary purposes.

Consent 1 — Marketing communications

Where it is shown: The "welcome" step after sign-up and Account → Settings → Email preferences. It is not pre-ticked.

Checkbox text:

Scope: Email address, name, language, template and category preferences, campaign interactions (opens/clicks), and the record in the Message Management System (İleti Yönetim Sistemi, İYS) where registered. Purpose: Announcements of campaigns, new features and templates; selecting content based on your interests. Legal basis: Explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK); consent to commercial electronic messages under Article 6 of Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (6563 sayılı Kanun) and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages (Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik).

Transactional emails (sign-in link, receipt, creation ready, subscription notices) are independent of this consent and will continue to be sent.

Consent 2 — Video replace and transfer of facial likeness (precautionary)

Where it is shown: In the Video replace flow, after the photo is uploaded and before generation, together with the likeness confirmation. It is given once and remains valid until withdrawn.

Why we ask for it: With this feature, the facial and body characteristics of the person in the photo you upload are technically analysed by AI models and transferred into a video. Rayomo does not perform facial recognition or identity verification and does not store biometric templates; we therefore take the view that this processing does not constitute processing of biometric data. However, because the legislation is not entirely clear on this point, and because images may indirectly reveal special-category information (e.g. ethnic origin, health, or religious belief that can be inferred from clothing), we ask for your explicit consent as a precaution under Article 6 of KVKK.

If you do not give consent: You cannot use the Video replace feature; all other features remain available. If you withdraw your consent, your pending uploads for this feature are deleted; outputs you have already created remain in your account until you delete them.

Consent 4 — Publishing my own image in the public Feed

Where it is shown: In the visibility confirmation window, the first time you share a creation using "Share to Feed".

Checkbox text:

Scope: The output you share, display name, profile image, number of likes. Purpose: Publication in the Feed and promotion of Rayomo. Withdrawal: For each item via My creations → Visibility → Private, or for all shares in your settings.

If other recognisable people appear in the creation, you also confirm that you have their permission for public publication (Terms of Service Section 8.4).

These are managed through the cookie preferences panel; details are in the Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary cookies are not subject to consent.
