Acceptable Use Policy

この文書はこの言語に翻訳されていないため、以下に英語版を表示しています。拘束力を持つのはトルコ語版と英語版です(トルコ法に準拠する文書ではトルコ語版)。

Rayomo exists so you can see yourself in a scene you love, in a trending video, or see your product in a new setting. To keep it safe for everyone, the rules below apply. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Use.

  • You, or someone who has given permission. In photos and videos, use only yourself or people who have given their express permission.
  • Content you have rights to. Upload only photos and videos that you own or that you have permission (a licence) to use.
  • Do not pass it off as real. When you share AI-generated content showing real people, state that it was generated with AI.

2. Real people's likeness

2.1. In Video replace and in all templates that use a photo of a person, you must confirm that the person in the photo you upload is you, or that you have their express permission for this use. A generation cannot be started without this confirmation, and your confirmation is recorded.

2.2. The following are prohibited:

  • creating fake images or videos (deepfakes) that show a person without their consent and create the impression of being real;
  • impersonating celebrities, politicians, public officials, athletes, social media influencers or any other real person, putting words in their mouth, or showing them doing something they did not do;
  • taking the place of a video's original creator, presenting the content as their new content, or misleading viewers about the source of the content;
  • creating content to humiliate, harass, threaten or blackmail a specific person, such as an ex-partner, co-worker, neighbour or teacher;
  • impersonating a person in order to deceive identity verification systems (banks, government services, video identity verification, etc.).

3. Children

We apply zero tolerance when it comes to protecting minors:

  • Creating content that shows people under 18 (or people who appear to be under 18) in any sexual, obscene, nude, violent, degrading or dangerous context is strictly prohibited.
  • You may use photos of children, even with your permission as their parent/guardian, only in innocent, family contexts; we recommend that you do not share such content in the feed.
  • If an attempt to create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is detected, the account is closed immediately and the matter is reported to the competent authorities.

4. Viral videos and content belonging to others

Rayomo's main purpose is to let you star in popular video formats. To do this the right way:

4.1. Use Rayomo trend templates. These templates are original reinterpretations inspired by popular formats and produced or licensed by Rayomo; they are not copies of the original viral videos.

4.2. If you upload your own video, you must own the video or have obtained permission/a licence covering this use from the video's rights holder. If other recognisable people appear in the video, their consent is also required.

4.3. The following do not, on their own, amount to permission:

  • the video being publicly available on the internet or widely shared;
  • your using the video "just for myself", "for fun" or as a "parody";
  • the video being downloadable;
  • your crediting the source.

4.4. To use an output created from a video belonging to someone else for commercial purposes (advertising, sponsored content, product promotion), you need the rights holder's written permission.

4.5. We remove the relevant content upon notices from rights holders (see the Copyright and Rights Infringement Notice). Accounts are closed for repeated violations.

5. Prohibited content

It is prohibited to upload, create, attempt to create or share the following content:

  1. Sexual content and nudity: pornographic, sexually explicit or nude content; non-consensual intimate images ("revenge porn"); "undressing" a person or sexualising them by changing their clothing.
  2. Violence and gore: realistic severe violence, torture, content that encourages self-harm or suicide; terrorist propaganda.
  3. Hate and discrimination: content that demeans or targets individuals or groups on the basis of race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
  4. Harassment and bullying: content that demeans, threatens or harasses a specific person.
  5. Fraud and deception: fake documents, fake identities, fake product reviews, fake fundraising campaigns, investment fraud; advertising that falsely presents a real person or organisation as endorsing it.
  6. Elections and public order: fake content intended to mislead voters, fake images of candidates or politicians, fake news footage, fake images that could cause panic during disasters or crises.
  7. Intellectual property infringement: copyrighted content you have no rights to; misleading use of trademarks and logos.
  8. Personal data breaches: images containing other people's personal data, such as identity documents, health information or addresses.
  9. Illegal activities: content that encourages drug use, weapons, human trafficking or other crimes.
  10. Other content that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye or of the country where the user is located.

6. Misuse of the Service

  • Opening accounts or bulk-downloading templates or the feed using automated tools (bots, scrapers);
  • attempting to circumvent safety and content filters (e.g. deliberately using misleading text, fragmented uploads or concealed content to get past filters);
  • misusing the payment system, making purchases with stolen cards, or initiating unjustified chargebacks;
  • opening multiple accounts to obtain trial credits;
  • placing excessive load on the Service's infrastructure or searching for security vulnerabilities (for responsible disclosure: destek@rayomo.com);
  • removing or altering AI labels, metadata or watermarks in outputs.

7. Disclosing that content is AI-generated

When you share an output that shows real people and could give the impression of being real:

  • use the AI content label of the platform you share it on (e.g. "Made with AI");
  • state in the description that the content was generated with AI;
  • do not present the content as a real event, news or evidence.

8. Enforcement and sanctions

8.1. We enforce these rules through automated systems, user reports and human review. Depending on the severity of the violation:

SituationPossible action
Input breaches the rulesThe upload is rejected, the generation is not started and no credits are deducted
Output caught by an automated filterThe output is not shown or stored; the credits are not refunded
Feed post is not appropriateThe post is rejected and the content stays private
Repeated or moderate violationWarning, restriction of features, temporary suspension
Serious violation (CSAM, non-consensual intimate content, fraud)Immediate closure of the account, no refund of unused credits, report to the competent authorities

8.2. To appeal a decision, you can write to destek@rayomo.com with the generation ID and an explanation.

9. Reporting

If you see Rayomo content in the feed or elsewhere that breaks these rules, use the Report option on the content or write to destek@rayomo.com. For content showing you that was created without your consent, you can use the personality rights request on the Copyright and Rights Infringement Notice page; these requests are handled with priority.
