Why don't my bonus credits work?
Trial and bonus credits work for images only. Videos need a credit pack; extra credits that come with packs work for videos too.
Will outfits and the location show?
The location, motion and camera come from the source clip; faces and body shapes come from your photos.
Will there be sound?
If the source clip's audio is kept, the result has it too; the Quality step shows the audio setting.
How long does it take?
A video takes a few minutes. You can leave the page; we'll let you know. If a technical error occurs, your credits are refunded automatically.
